Flights

As MEP I sadly don’t allways get around taking a flight. But at the same time I try to avoid air travels. I generally take a train from Brussles to Strasbourg. In like manner I go to Barcelona or Budapest. Within a week I sum up round around 20 hours in trains. Berlin-Brussles, a route I usually take twice a week, takes 7 hours. In addition there are journeys inside of Germany as well as to events in all of Europe ( to Barcelona circa 15, to Madrid 19 or to Copenhagen 10 hours.)

Only in few cases I fly, for instance because the distance is to wide (in terms of time or lenght), trains are not available or my appointment are so tight. Here you can find the full listing.
